物化性能

三乙烯二胺(TEDA)常态为无色或白色晶体,暴露在空气中易吸湿潮解并结块,呈碱性,能吸收空气中的CO2并发黄。易溶于丙酮、苯及乙醇。纯TEDA毒性很小,吸入饱和的三乙烯二胺(TEDA)蒸汽会引起轻微的黏膜刺激,对眼睛有损害,刺激皮肤会引起过敏症。

应用简介:  

三乙烯二胺TEDA)是一种双杂环结构的叔胺催化剂,主要用于生产聚氨酯泡沫的凝胶催化剂,广泛用于软质、半硬质、硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料、弹性体,此外三乙烯二胺(TEDA)还可用作环氧树脂固化催化剂、乙烯聚合催化剂、丙烯腈聚合催化剂乙基环氧乙烷烃聚合催化剂以及农药的引发剂和无氢电镀添加剂等。

 

三乙烯二胺(TEDA)的化学结构很独特,是一种笼状化合物,两个氮原子上连接三个亚乙基。在叔胺催化剂中,三乙烯二胺(TEDA)是最重要的有个品种,可广泛用于各种聚氨酯泡沫塑料,在一步法发泡工艺中,三乙烯二胺(TEDA)的重要性尤其显著。一方面它活性高,用量较小;另一方面它对凝胶反应和发泡反应都有较强的催化作用,尤其对聚氨酯与羟基的催化作用选择性更强。

Physical and chemical properties
